Our Services

Turnkey Manufacturing

We can source and manufacture virtually any electro-mechanical assembly, sub-assembly or finished product, including products with sheet metal cabinets and chassis, printed circuit board assemblies, or cooling systems, etc.

Cable and Wire Harness Assembly

With the use of automated wire/cable cutting and crimp tooling, we are able to efficiently manufacture a full range of cable and wire harnesses.

Prototyping

We are experts at quick-turnaround prototyping and small quantity runs in addition to our high-volume manufacturing and assembly operations.

Documentation and Design

In the important area of proper documentation, we provide fabrication, assembly drawings, and parts lists. We have Process Control Order (PCO) and Material Review Board (MRB) procedures in place to ensure product configuration and traceability. All of our documentation procedures are in accordance with industry standards, and support AS9100C and ISO9001:2008 requirements.

Purchasing and Inventory Control

We support a variety of procurement and inventory control programs using our MRP II system, which allows us to effectively monitor costs and lead times. Vendor partnerships and scheduled cycle counts aid our high levels of inventory accuracy.
